Live Love Lobster is a joyful and mischievous solo exhibition opening on the 14th of February at AITY Gallery, Cape Town, by Kyle Jardine that celebrates shared moments where togetherness and connections unfold. Through detailed interiors, playful characters, and theatrical, patterned scenes, Jardine explores how we gather - in laughter and love. Drawing from performance, queer culture, and storytelling, his work captures moments that feel both familiar and fantastical, reflecting lived experience alongside imagined possibility. Infused with humour, queer joy, and heartfelt sincerity, Live Love Lobster creates safe, welcoming worlds that serve as an invitation to invite viewers to embrace the simple, meaningful pleasure of being together.
